These Terms of Service apply to mobile applications, games, websites, and digital services published or operated by Velorum Enterprises LLC (“Velorum Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using any app or service provided by Velorum Enterprises LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Our Apps and Services

Our apps and services are provided for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use unless we specifically state otherwise.

You agree not to use our apps or services in a way that violates laws, platform rules, third-party rights, or these Terms.

2. Account and Device Responsibility

Some apps may use local device storage, platform accounts, cloud services, or third-party login systems.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, app store account, and any account credentials used with our apps or services.

We are not responsible for loss of progress, purchases, data, or access caused by device changes, deletion of app data, account issues, platform restrictions, or third-party service problems.

3. In-App Purchases

Some of our apps may offer optional digital in-app purchases, including consumable items, non-consumable upgrades, premium features, subscriptions, or virtual currency.

All digital purchases are optional and are provided for use only within the applicable app or service.

Digital items, virtual currency, rewards, upgrades, and premium features have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or converted into real money or anything of value.

All purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider, such as Google Play or Apple. Billing, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled according to that provider’s policies.

4. Subscriptions

Some apps may offer subscription-based features or benefits.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store or payment provider account before the renewal date.

Deleting an app does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Google Play, Apple, or applicable payment account settings.

Subscription features may vary by app and may change over time.

5. Advertisements

Some of our apps may display advertisements, including banner ads, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, or other ad formats.

Ad networks and third-party advertising partners may collect or use device identifiers, including advertising IDs, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Rewarded ads may provide optional in-app rewards. Rewards have no cash value and are not guaranteed if an ad fails to load, is interrupted, or is unavailable.

6. Virtual Items, Rewards, and App Progress

Some apps may include virtual items, rewards, points, progress systems, upgrades, or in-app currency.

These features are part of the digital app experience only and do not represent real money, property, ownership, or financial value.

Velorum Enterprises LLC may modify, rebalance, reset, remove, or discontinue virtual items, rewards, features, or progress systems at any time to improve the app, fix bugs, maintain balance, prevent abuse, or comply with platform requirements.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- interfere with app systems or servers
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our apps
- use unauthorized bots, automation, cheats, or scripts
- bypass payment systems or access controls
- upload or transmit harmful, illegal, abusive, or infringing content
- use our apps or services in a way that harms other users, platforms, or third parties

We may restrict access to our apps or services if we believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use third-party services, including app stores, analytics providers, advertising networks, cloud services, payment processors, authentication providers, and other software tools.

Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Velorum Enterprises LLC is not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, errors, pricing, decisions, or data practices.

9. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any app, feature, service, or content at any time.

We do not guarantee that our apps or services will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system.

Updates may change features, functionality, pricing, rewards, progression, or availability.

10. Intellectual Property

All apps, designs, names, logos, graphics, code, text, gameplay systems, and other content provided by Velorum Enterprises LLC are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our apps and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

If an app uses ads, analytics, purchases, login, or cloud features, related data may be processed by us and/or third-party providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer

Our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, bug-free, or available at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velorum Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of progress, lost purchases due to platform issues, device problems, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

If we make changes, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our apps or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
